About Me

I don't believe your body needs to be fixed.

I believe it deserves to be understood.

For years, we’ve been told to chase the next diet, follow more food rules, and “fix” every symptom.

But what if your body isn’t working against you?

What if it’s trying to communicate with you?

Your energy, digestion, cravings, hunger, mood, and the way you feel each day are all valuable signals. Learning to understand those signals is where true nourishment begins.

As a Registered Dietitian practicing functional nutrition, I help women connect the dots between nutrition and how they feel through evidence-based education, practical tools, and compassionate guidance.

My goal isn’t to give you another set of rules.

It’s to help you better understand your body—because you are the expert on your own body. I’m here to help guide you.

My Story

Unlike other Dietitians, my journey wasn't shaped by textbooks.

It was shaped by my own experiences….

Through navigating my own health challenges, I learned that healing isn’t about finding the perfect diet or chasing quick fixes. It’s about getting curious, understanding your body, and making sustainable choices that support your health over time.

That experience deepened my passion for functional nutrition and strengthened my belief that every person’s health journey is unique.

Today, I combine science with a whole-person perspective to help women feel informed, empowered, and confident in their health choices.
